The property manager will tell you that you are not able to store some things. Unfortunately some people try to go behind their backs and do it anyway. The truth will come out eventually, rules were broken and the tenant will be asked to leave.

Before you do something silly, just make sure you talk to the property manager. It would be silly to be thrown out of the facility for doing something you knew was against the rules.
