It is sure that many Quebec storage managers as well as manager all over the nation fear hearing a series of words. Those words are that they are still shopping around. The managers feel out of control of the customer at the time, which they really never had control, but now they are at the mercy of the customer. Their natural instinct is to beg the customer to reconsider and to decide to rent with their facility. They know they cannot do that. The Quebec storage managers know that they have given the customer their one hundred percent effort to get the caller to rent with their facility.

No matter how many times the managers practice what to do when the customer says that they are still shopping they will not always be able to overcome every objection they hear. That phrase is defiantly the one that is said the most by customers who are not willing to make a commitment right now to a storage facility. The customer sometimes knows exactly what they were looking for while most of the customers do not know what they are looking for.

The best thing the Quebec storage manager can do is to ensure that the customer knows that the store wants their business. The manager can just let the caller know that the customer should call the manager back after what they have shopped around. This will give the manager another chance to overcome the concern of the customer and get them rented. The key is to get the caller to call back, when they are done calling around. After they get the chance to call around, they will maybe have a better understanding of what they were looking for. Then the Quebec storage manager just has to see if they are able to take care of those needs.

It is very hard when a customer wants to shop around and for the manager to let them off of the phone. They do not want to push them too hard and the customer does not want to talk to them anymore. Sometimes it is good to just let the caller see what is out there and then come back to your facility. You have to rely on your ability to assist the customer and to try to take care of their needs. Sometimes all you can do is wait. Hopefully you wait is not for very long.
